I am the Executive Director at Consultation Platform (CP) which is a group of experts with a practical experience across the globe.

 

I have a vast experience in project management, portfolio and asset management, project finance & capital market, merger & acquisition, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC),  gained from various positions held. Before my current position, I worked for the sovereign funds of Bahrain and Oman.

 

In addition to Experience in executing the full life cycle of projects using various contracting strategies through working experience in the UK, Japan, and the Gulf area with international firms.

 

I successfully managed several key projects e.g., the first BOOT project in Bahrain (Bahrain LNG), the launching of the group's inaugural US$ 1 billion Debt Capital Market issuance followed by the re-issuance of another US$ 1 billion dual-tranche bond.

 

Furthermore, I have extensive experience in developing, implementing, and leading Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Crisis Management (CM). This is reflected via chairing and delivering speeches at various international risk and resilience management conferences in the region, Europe, and Asia.
